I have completed a, Bachelors degree, Honours, and a Master’s degree in Sport Science (Biokinetics). I have a keen interest in sports conditioning and orthopaedic rehab, injury prevention.I have been practicing for 4+ years and have many years experience in weight management and treatment of chronic conditions using exercise as a primary modality
