About Sahra
Hello, My name is Sahra. I am currently studying Economics at City university of London. I recently completed my a level exam and obtained an A in A level Geography hence why I would like to tutor students and help them achieve the grades they desire. In the past i worked with kids of different ages. Working with younger children has helped me to improve my communication and teamwork skills as I found myself having to adapt the way I spoke and my tone to communicate successfully with them. I also mentored year 8 students and aided them with any geography work they were struggling with. This allowed me to explore different teaching techniques, to see which ones were the most effective.

First we would need to tackle the areas that the student find the most challenging, allowing the student to then understand the subject much better. Our lessons will consist of both learning the content and implementing it in exams style questions. The best way to test your understanding is through practicing it. Tutoring lessons will not be extremely short however, they would not be long either as taking breaks is key. These sessions will last approximately 2 hours but that does depend on the age of the student. As I obtained an A in a level Geography I feel as though my skills and level of understanding is very high and therefore would like to share my knowledge with students who need it the most.
