About Daphne
My passion for economics emerged from observing the intricate ways markets function, societies allocate resources, and policies shape outcomes. I pursued a B.A in Economics followed by an M.Sc in Financial Economics to gain a comprehensive understanding of both theoretical frameworks and applied analysis. Over the last 10 years, I have worked with students across diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate the challenges of understanding economic principles while building analytical and problem-solving skills.
I emphasize interactive, real-world learning experiences, combining theory, case studies, data interpretation, and applied exercises. My teaching approach prioritizes clarity, engagement, and individualized support, allowing students to explore concepts deeply while developing critical reasoning and independent analytical skills. I ensure each learner can connect abstract economic principles to tangible situations and contemporary challenges.
Outside the classroom, I actively engage with current economic research, policy analysis, and financial modeling, bringing fresh insights into my lessons. Witnessing students grow in confidence, competence, and curiosity is immensely rewarding. My mission is to empower learners to think critically about economic systems, analyze information thoughtfully, and approach problems with both knowledge and confidence.
