About Gabriel Hector
I have studied English since elementary school, extracurricular in the afternoons. In 4th. grade my parents began to send me to study English on summers to USA in schools of Arizona and California. In High School I had the opportunity to attend THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA in Tucson, the last 3 summers before graduating, in the CESL PROGRAM (Center for English as a Second Language). I studied 3 intensive learning programs, and completed the highest level of learning they had satisfactorily, thus completing all their curriculum. Upon finishing high school in Mexico, I went as an exchange student for 1 full school year to USA, where I lived with an american family that only spoke English; and I attended 12th grade of High School. I graduated and got my High School Diploma.
I took the ITP TOEFL: Total Score: 573, which is a good one. The initials ITP mean: Institutional Testing Program.
I started teaching English in 1989. I taught English in a junior high school un all grades for 2 years. I have taught English to staff from different companies and institutes, sometimes including family members of staff (parents, children). I have given private classes to students from elementary to university, and to professionals.
I have worked in businesses in the exporting products to USA area as well as personal attention to foreigners who spoke only English.
I had my own business of translation of texts from English to Spanish and vice versa.

I enjoy teaching English classes. I like the language and I love to teach, and also to transmit that enthusiasm for the language to other people.
My method covers the fundamental aspects of learning English:
1 ) Conversation: Speak clear and fluently; 2 ) Listening comprehension; 3) Reading comprehension: understand the message behind the words; 4 ) Writing: Express clearly a written message or idea.
I use the study of Vocabulary, Grammar, Dynamic Exercises, Audios and Videos. It is essential for me to clarify doubts, before moving forward. I have experience working with children, teenagers, youth and adults; both individually and in groups.
