About Isabelle
I have 15 years of work experience with exposure to education and management. I am a French native who has lived long enough in England to feel English with an accent. I also lived for 3 years in Spain. I speak French, English and Spanish. I am a friendly person with a strong sense of responsibility and good organisation skills.
I run private tuition for younger students up to GCSE in Spanish and support learners in preparation for their exams. All my learners have had a pass of 5 to 7. Some have had 7 to 9 as a result.
Over the last few years, I have been running different classes independently as a self-employed tutor and working with different schools as a secondary modern foreign teacher. I am currently teaching in a private college in Hendon GCSE spanish.

I support learners in preparation for their exams with different exam boards. All my learners have had a pass of 5 to 7. Some have had 8 or 9 as a result.
For the preparation of the exams, I use the specifications of the exam board in listening, speaking and writing and assess them regularly with feedback and markings.
I also teach Adults and children who want to enjoy a new language.
I understand that learning a foreign language can be challenging having been through it myself. So to help them build their confidence and make the lessons more interesting, I use a variety of authentic materials which I have gathered or created throughout the years , student books of all ages and levels, videos and games to gain a deeper insight into the language and culture. This methodology works with everyone, including GCSE students!
My lessons are usually one hour long and half an hour for young primary children.
