Creedence is the Chairman and CEO of McKenzie Madden Family Office, a boutique Private Wealth Managment firm. He is highly adept in finance and private wealth management. His skills encompass investment management, financial structuring, and inter-generational preservation.
Creedence's most proud accomplishment was saving his own family from financial ruin after prior generations had mis-managed their family fortune and lost more than 90% of it's value. Creedence successfully engineered an emergency restructuring, saving the remaining wealth, and then multiplied it's Assets Under Administration by 9X within 5 years. He has driven over $100MM in total transactions and wealth creation through a combination of investments, sales, fundraising & financial engineering. This course is designed to equip you with the knowledge it takes to be rich, to grow and maintain your wealth.
This course is specially geared towards personal wealth creation and strategies that benefit private individuals and families. It teaches you how to structure yourself, your family, and family businesses to ensure longevity and prosperity.
It will ensure you can elevate yourself socioeconomically, and that your family will not fall victim to the cyclic "3-generation wealth curse".
Particular emphasis is given to investment strategy, asset management, accounting, tax planning, trusts, charities, corporations and other entities. It's build on a foundation of understanding the history of money and currency, and various financial instruments. It considers conventional and contrarian view points, and contrasts the Austrian vs Keynesian schools of economics. Although it's foundation is based on history, it is particularly geared towards adaptation to changes within monetary and financial systems, and teaches how to stay a step ahead.
Ideal students:
Anyone over 16. No matter your age, you and your family deserve this knowledge and can benefit from it. It is of particular interest to prepare the next generation, and so youth are encouraged to take this course on behalf of their family. They will the stewards of your future family legacy. It is recommended to start at or above 16 years old so that the student has a solid educational foundation, and a firm grasp of mathematics before beginning to study these more advanced concepts.
Course Structure & flexibility:
The standard course will be 15 lessons and will prepare you with a solid foundation to begin to implement these strategies. In your first session, you will be provided an overview of the various modules, and you may request a specific combination of modules, where you feel you may benefit most. Personalized tutoring beyond the scope of this course is available on a per-request basis.
