About Ran

I myself have been lifting for 12 years learning a lot along the way. I compete in powerlifting and have always placed when I compete. I was a former personal trainer and coach and did a lot for my clients. My specialty was weight management and true coaching. I have two goals: 1 get you to where you want to be. 2 Make sure you'll never need me or anyone else again.

I helped a client lose 15 lbs in 5 months and she kept it off. I help someone add 150 lbs to their total (squat + bench + deadlift) 50 lbs to each lift.

I do not do nutrition or diet plans as that is not something I believe any without a degree should do.

I am harsh, but fair. You want to lose 40 lbs? Doable. You want it gone in 1 month? Find a someone else to sell you false hope. I can only do so much. I will say no if I feel like you are not serious about your health goals, I will not and should care about your health more than you do.

I was a Personal Trainer and Coach for two years now I am looking to get back into it and help those I can achieve their dreams on a realistic time line.

I am no longer certified as I have moved on to a corporate profession, but I still love to help those I can.

Here's how this work. We will have an initial call where we go over goals, expectation, injury history, fitness history, and anything relevant. I will send you a sheet for the week with workouts I expect you to complete. You will send me videos of you performing a certain exercise so I can critique your form. I will provide feedback on an every other day basis if not daily basis. You are expected to enter notes by Sunday 12:00 pm (noon) so I can review wins, pain points and everything in between. Program writing will take the hour. Reviewing form will total an hour at the end of the week. Meaning total monthly costs wind up to $200 a month. After some time we can drop the form review and reduce it to $100 a month. I am to be paid by the month. I will not be on call with you for an hour as you work out as I do not have the time.

Our first 2-3 months together will be nothing but form and routine building. This will include targeting imbalances. I want you to live your goals, not just dream of them.

After that we will begin focusing on your goals. You will most likely be making progress towards your goals in the first few months, but there will be more focus on this aspect.
