I am a 23-year-old UCL postgraduate student, currently in the process of completing a Comparative Literature MA. I also have a BA in Foreign Languages and Literatures obtained in Italy, where I was born and raised and lived until two years ago, when I had the opportunity to move to Berlin for 6 months, in order to perfect the German skills acquired during my degree. I then moved to the UK in order to attend the Comparative Literature MA at UCL.
I have tutored students for five years now, ranging from elementary to university, both for homework assistance and for exam preparation. Being a native speaker with an academic background that includes literature and linguistics, I can teach Italian at any level. I have also taught English as a foreign language to many students with different ages, goals and academic backgrounds. I also feel qualified to teach German up to a GCSE level.
I have a strong passion for literature and art in general, I can help with essay writing, planning, and paraphrasing and translating both poetry and prose texts.
Although I don’t feel qualified for teaching, I also hold a DELF B2 certificate for French, and a good knowledge of French literature.
