Offering private, group and corporate sessions online and face to face. I teach Vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on a strong but steady flow. I encourage my students to explore their individually and develop a unique personal practice. All levels welcome as I offer a range of modifications, variations and encourage the use of props. I strive to inspire my student through the joy of movement.
