About Rinnah
I am passionate about making science accessible, engaging, and empowering for every child ages 5–12. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence through patient, encouraging instruction in focused 20-30 minute lessons. I create a safe learning environment where curiosity is celebrated and mistakes become learning opportunities. In each lesson, I begin with a compelling question or observation to spark engagement, present concepts clearly using visual aids and simple language, guide students through hands-on activities where they apply what they learn, and close with reflection and anticipation for future lessons. My training in special needs education has equipped me with evidence-based strategies for recognizing diverse learning styles and adapting my instruction in real time to meet each student's individual needs. I am committed to understanding how your child learns best and supporting their growth with professionalism and care. I specialize in helping children who find science intimidating or challenging, as well as learners who thrive with patient, personalized, hands-on instruction. My goal is not just knowledge transfer, but building your child's confidence in their ability to understand and enjoy science.

My Teaching Approach
I believe science should be fun, accessible, and judgment-free. My goal is to spark curiosity while removing the fear of "getting it wrong." I use clear explanations, visual examples, and hands-on activities to make concepts click. Every child learns at their own pace, and I meet them there—with patience and encouragement.
Because I'm studying special needs education, I understand that kids have different learning styles. I watch for what works best for your child and adjust as we go. There's no pressure, no rush—just discovering how the world works together.
A Typical Lesson (20-30 minutes)
Hook (2-3 min): Start with a fun question or quick observation to spark curiosity
Example: "Did you know plants drink water? Let's see how."
Explain & Explore (10-15 min): Introduce the concept in simple words with visuals or a small activity
Example: Draw, show pictures, do a simple experiment, observe nature
Do & Discover (5-10 min): Hands-on activity where your child explores the idea
Example: Plant seeds, test floating vs. sinking, observe insects
Wrap Up (2-3 min): Ask questions, celebrate discoveries, preview next lesson
What Sets Me Apart

✓ Adaptable—I notice how your child learns best and adjust on the spot
✓ Patient—No rushing, no judgment—just genuine learning at their pace
