About Leela
My name is Leela Avon. I’m currently finishing my A-levels at Nantgarw College (French, English Lit and Lang and Media studies). I’m a very outgoing and positive person, and enjoy being social. Outside of education, I have many hobbies, such as dancing and gymnastics, writing literature and poetry and fashion. I hope to one day be a French teacher, and teach younger generations in a fun way in order to share my passion and to express why I love speaking French so much.

I believe in making learning fun. I can create vocabulary lists (even put them online in revision card form for easy access). I believe the easiest way to learn a language is to draw connections to the native language (I have many tactics that help to remember vocabulary). I’m happy to help improve an accent and spoken French. Furthermore, I can break lessons down to focus primarily on reading/writing/listening if preferred. I would suggest my lessons are best suited for those at 16 years old and younger (GCSE level and below) as my French is only at B2 level.
