About Masha
15 years of personal practice. I started with Hatha yoga. After certain injuries, during the recovery periods, discovered Yin Yoga and got inspired to get certified and teach this particular style. 5 years ago I've received my first 350 hours training in Hatha and 60 hours of Yin. After that I did more trainings, including certifications in meridian Yin (30 hours), Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (100 hours) and Yoga Nidra (50 hours). Been teaching since 5 years, group and individual in-person classes, individual online classes. In English and Russian.
