About Stefan
I am a fourth-year Cognitive Science and Linguistics student at Carleton University, specializing in a Neuroscience concentration. My academic background provides me with a deep understanding of language processing and biological brain functions, which I apply directly to my tutoring methods. Beyond my studies, I am a varsity athlete and have experience in professional brand representation, which has helped me develop strong communication and leadership skills. I am fluent in American Sign Language and am passionate about helping others master both the practical and theoretical aspects of the subjects I teach. I bring a disciplined, professional, and patient approach to every session to ensure my students achieve their full potential.

Stefan is an awesome tutor who makes learning ASL feel natural and actually fun. I’ve known him for a while, and what I appreciate most is his patience. He’s great at breaking things down so you never feel overwhelmed.
One of the best things about his lessons is that he never makes you feel awkward. He actually encourages making mistakes as part of the process, which makes it much easier to stay confident while you're learning. If you’re looking for a tutor who really knows his stuff and creates a supportive environment, Stefan is definitely the one!One of the best asl tutors out there, highly recommend going to him !
