About Desiree
Hello! I am a nature and Yoga enthusiast who loves helping others!
I have 14 years of experience teaching Group Exercise Classes such as Cycling, Kickboxing, and Strength Training. I have 9 years of experience with Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training. As well as achieving my 200hr Yoga Certification in April 2020 and teaching virtual classes since July 2020. I am also versed in Meditation, Pranayama Practices, and I make my own jewelry based on the 7 Chakras!
