About Shivli
I have been practising yoga since the past 15 years, to help me deal with stiffness in my body. This is one of the reasons why I decided to get into teaching children, and have been doing so in schools in Mumbai since the past 12 years. I have also been teaching adults 1-1 and in small groups, helping my clients get comfortable with themselves.

Experience a good stretch in the body, calmness in the mind, better breath awareness, and ability to think clearer through the practice of yoga.
The session will involve doing traditional yoga asanas ( a few props may be used) , incorporating breathing techniques and a short guided meditation or shavasana. Some sessions may include an activity to help you become aware of your thoughts. The overall aim of the session is to bring you closer to yourself.
