About Palash
I'm Palash and you've already read about my qualifications above. The main reason I want to share these amazing practices is that I see people struggling through so much misery in their lives and I know by Experience and Research how Yoga and especially SOUND HEALING can transform your life. It basically makes you self-aware and that is where the real transformation happens, as we'll be just guiding you but it's you who does all the work. For more info check - @ancient_auras on Instagram

These classes will be more than just physical postures, they are a journey through body, breath, and energy. With 900 hours of yoga training and authentic Sound Healing studies in Nepal, I bring together asanas, pranayama, and Sound vibrations to balance mind and spirit. The sessions also focus on chakra alignment, helping you release blocked energy, restore harmony, and experience deep inner peace. Each class is personalized, making your practice transformative, healing, and deeply supportive.
