About Jodi
I have a background in IT, dental, medical, criminal justice, forensics, and management. I wear many titles; among them are veteran, parent, and English language nerd. I tutor elementary math,some Spanish, science, IT, forensics. I hold a Bachelors of Arts degree, and a Master of Science degree. I am from the Midwest, though I have settled for the last 11 years in Angier with my husband , son and our herd of pets.

I believe in motivating your child by actively listening to determine their needs. I will ask pertinent questions to understand areas where they may be struggling and reinforce needed skills. I believe practicing related skills in a low pressure environment maximizes the skills for when they are required on a quiz, test or when writing a paper for credit. I have a goofy sense of humor. I will try to laugh with you or your child whenever possible.
