I love to learn and sharing that knowledge with others. I’ve undertaken further training to become credentialed in eating disorders and think it is crucial as nutrition professionals that we consider nutrition and food choices in a wider context that is beyond weight.

Practical, real life examples to add context and relevance to each nutrition lesson. Session lengths from 30 minutes to an hour depending on needs. Over 6 years supervising student dietitians, currently mentoring a provisional APD as well as junior dietitians. Experience delivering nutrition lectures to The University of Wollongong.
