About Ashley
I started my fitness journey 3 years ago and have a passion for fitness and helping others learn and grow just as I did! I have been a personal trainer for 1 year and absolutely love what I do. I want to help inspire confidence in people who may be shy when going to the gym because it can be overwhelming when you are first starting out and don't know what to do. Weight training has been my area of focus for the past 3 years and is so important not only to help build muscle and be tone as your goals, but to help in terms of osteoporosis and osteopenia by building up your bone mass and reducing your risks of falling. Fitness is very much about reaching your goals ,but also being preventative in many diseases and illnesses. I love to help spread the knowledge of everything I know and help other to be aware of all the benefits and safe ways to reach goals!
