About Nikhil
I started my own fitness journey back in 2018. I used to weigh 98 kg at that time, I was wildly out of shape and depressed. At first I started exercising at the nearest gym I could find. I lost all the excess body weight and developed a positive self-image and started leading a healthier lifestyle. After that I completed my ACE CPT training. Fitness basically saved my life and I am here to help others achieve what I did in the best way possible. So let's chat and find yourself a happier and healthier YOU.
