About Andre
I’m Andre, an experienced talent agent and coach with a background as an actor, writer, and producer. As Managing Director of a London-based talent agency, I have supported performers who’ve gone on to work in productions such as Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, The Crown, EastEnders, Black Mirror, and more. I choose to teach because I believe actors deserve access to real industry insight — not just theory. Too many talented performers are held back by not knowing how auditions, self-tapes, and representation really work. Sharing what I’ve learned as an agent gives actors the tools to feel confident, professional, and ready to succeed. Supportive, professional, and results-focused, I help students develop both their craft and career, combining practical feedback with clear guidance for the industry.

I approach coaching as both an active agent and a mentor. My sessions are practical and focused, using industry-standard audition and self-tape techniques. Lessons are usually 60 minutes and tailored to the actor’s level and goals. I bring 20+ years’ experience across acting, producing, and talent management. I work with beginners, intermediate actors, and professionals seeking to refine their craft or career strategy.
