About Ashleigh
I am currently studying a BA in acting as well as having an extended diploma in musical theatre and performing arts. I am currently recovering from addiction and an eating disorder therefore I believe my own experience and knowledge would be insightful as I am able to empathise and relate. I know my own journey to acceptance can benefit others as I aspire to promote wellbeing, self-care and confidence in a non-judgemental, supportive and friendly way!

My teaching methodology is inspired by creative work as I believe the way to achieve things is practically and by getting up and doing things! In order to prevent things from being boring and predictable, I like to use the innovativeness and originality I have gained from working within the performing arts to make my classes fun and engaging. There will never be a dull moment and everything I do will be different and beneficial to the students individual aspirations and goals!
