About Katie
Studying singing and acting from a young age I have gained a DipLCM & ALCM in Musical Theatre and in 2022 Graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts with a Masters Degree in Performance. In the decade I have been teaching I have guided students through GCSE & A level drama performances, entry into prestigious summer schools and assisted in drama school audition preparation. My students have also achieved 100% pass rate with Merit or higher in all LAMDA and LCM exams. I believe that acting is a skill that can be honed just like any other but that at the core of lessons we must always be playful and having fun. Drama has always been a great way for children and adults to grow in confidence and this is something I strive for in each and every lesson.

I am an actor who has been teaching for more than ten years, with students ranging through all age groups. I am currently offering sessions to 14 years + in the following: - Drama School Audition Prep - Monologue Work - Acting Through Song - LAMDA exams Each lesson is 50 minutes and tailored to each student depending on what you are looking for. I offer a 15 minute discovery call allowing us to have a chat and get to know each other. This helps the student understand if I am the right fit as a teacher but also helps me to learn what it is you are looking for and how to structure lessons going forward.
