About Thobeka
I am an Admitted Attorney with just over 4 years of experience in various sectors of the law.
I have 2 formal qualifications currently working on my third. The reason for my interest in teaching stems from my experience as a student. I remember feeling so lost and overwhelmed with the volume of material, wishing there was someone other than a lecturer or a school appointed tutor (with 30 students) who could patiently explain and interpret certain material with me. I never want to see people discouraged from fulfilling their goals and dreams due to the lack of guidance, assistance and tutoring.
I have gotten to understand that seeking a bit of help doesn't make anyone weak but in fact makes one healthier and intentional.
I enjoy law, I would like to encourage and inspire others too.

I offer simplification and interpretation of legal principles that will place you in a better position to understand, analyse and apply principles or statutes to each case.
My lessons will be more practical and will not just prepare a student to exams but also provide a glimpse of how the law is applied to real life cases.
My experience in both practice and non practicing corporate sector has made my lessons more versatile and flexible.
My lessons are personalised per student and the aim is to structure each lesson based on the student’s needs, capability, strengths and weaknesses.
