I'm a friendly and engaging person, I love collaborating. My love of music has come from playing guitar, I play almost everyday. With 20 years experience, I know the importance of good teachers instilling confidence through their passion and encouragement. I hope to share mine with you.

My methodology is based on encouragement, engagement and collaboration. I start with the basics of learning the guitar - tuning and simple chord shapes. Getting used to these basics takes time and practice. Once a student has a handle on these I introduce well known songs, or encourage a student's suggestions - this is the best way to learn and understand how the chords work together, creating songs and melodies. I do half hour or hour long lessons which are aimed at people of all ages. It's genuinely never too early or too late to learn a new skill!

Perfect! Jake (the student) My experience being Fionn’s student has been overwhelmingly positive. The things that stick out to me the most are his patient way of teaching and his easy to follow instructions. He also creates a calm vibe without it feeling unprofessional.
