About Samantha
In 2015, I completed my 200-hour YTT at The Yoga Room in Cleveland.
My first yoga gig was teaching private classes to my great aunt and uncle, in their 70's. I gave them personal instruction and worked with them on a weekly basis. They said it was better than seeing a chiropractor!
In 2015, I enrolled at Kent State and taught a Multilevel yoga class at their recreational center. I then progressed on to build a steady and wonderful clientele teaching Restorative, Yin/Yang, and even Hip Hop yoga over four years. During that time, I picked up a Power class that I taught downtown on the weekends.
Fast forward years later, I moved back home to Cleveland, where I taught an All-Levels Vinyasa class at The Yoga Room.
In 2019, I took a hiatus. Now I'm back and ready to get in-action by sharing the message of yoga! I can work with adults of all levels and am experienced in giving modifications and adjustments. See you on the mat!

My philosophy is that everyBODY is different. No two people will experience a pose or a class in the same way. We need to work with our bodies, instead of against it, to prevent injury and promote healing/wellbeing. When we are in a state of healing and feel well, we can delve in deeper to experience a state of peace and calm.
