About Kiara

I am a UT anthropology BA, freelance research assistant, writer, and poet with years of research and writing experience. I look forward to working together with all of you! I hope that our classes together will be fun and enriching!

About the lesson

My approach to sessions is to begin with a discussion of what the student would like to get out of them and which style of learning suits them best. I want each lesson to be low-stress and informative for all of my students. Please feel free to express any concerns or issues with me, I would love to provide the best learning environment for you!

Students will learn:
-academic research assignments/practices
-reading assignments
-literature discussions and reviews
-writing exercises
-writing feedback

You can begin with a research topic of your choice, or we can brainstorm a topic that interests you for the lessons.
