I have been working at it for the last 4 years. I have gone from being very fat to losing lots of weight to building back muscle to now having a decent frame. I have done other things like wrestling, rock climbing, and cross country. I have also trained lots of calisthenics.

About the lesson

I can help you understand where To start how to do your workouts. how to eat and stay on a good healthy diet. I’ll teach you how your body works and how to stay consistency for the best progress. Doesn’t matter if you want to lose weight or gain weight.
