About Keerthana
I hold Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and i hail from a family who are predisposed to Diabetes, Obesity and Cardiovascular diseases. This personal encounter helped me realise the gap the exists among public and right food choice. Therefore, I decided to teach people the right way to diet and keep the body healthy.

Being a graduate of Nutrition and Dietetics, I learnt the significance of diet on health but unfortunately most people get boggled by expensive food groups and small serving size and that includes my dad who is a cardiac patient. Understanding his concerns helped me build the bridge that seperates therotical and practical dieting concerns. So, to all who are interested in investing for the health, Congratulations!
