About Aqila
I am an Indonesian citizen who has lived for more than 15 years overseas. Currently, I am studying Biology in a university in the UAE, but I have lived in the United States as well. I have also received a TEFL certification to teach English as a foreign language. I have experience teaching English from my high school years and I would love to help you along on your journey of learning English, from writing to speaking fluently!

I believe that learning a language is more than textbooks and memorization; it's about communication and understanding. Likewise, I like to interpret this belief in the way I teach.
Everyone has their own pace, so I make sure to cater to the needs of every student. Before we start, I will ask about what aspects you would like to focus on and develop a plan to help you along accordingly. And of course, I would be happy to answer any questions outside of class :) I am a student myself, so I am constantly learning and growing with each experience.
