About Eva
I’m a professional coach (ICF-trained) and experienced career mentor with a background in international project management and learning and development. My mission is to help professionals gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their careers, whether they’re shifting paths, re-entering the job market, or aiming for growth in their current field. With over 10 years of experience leading complex projects and mentoring professionals across public and private sectors including universities, NGOs, and tech companies, I bring a unique mix of strategic thinking, empathy, and real-world insight into my coaching. I would love to help you discover your strengths, connect with your ikigai, and build a meaningful career path that feels right for you. In our one-to-one coaching and mentoring sessions, we’ll focus on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll clarify your purpose, set clear goals, and prepare you for the next steps.
