About Shashank
Hi, I’m Shashank, an Arena Grandmaster (AGM) and internationally rated chess player with over 5 years of professional coaching experience. I’ve been competing in state, national, and international tournaments since 2011, and I currently lead Mindcastle Chess Academy, where we’ve trained 150+ students globally — many of whom have gone on to state and national championships.

Each session includes game analysis, tactical puzzles, and guided practice using tools like Lichess and ChessBase. I ensure every student learns why a move works — not just what to play. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a tournament player, I’ll help you improve your thinking process, consistency, and confidence on the board. Students from India, Europe, USA, Canada, etc. have already trained under me and seen real progress within weeks.
