Rosie is a mature and patient person, up beat and kind hearted, giving her a down to earth nature. She’s knowledgeable, chatty and always goes the extra mile to be helpful however she can, she is very likeable and easy to get along with, which contributes to how great she is at explaining even intricate stuff in a way which everyone can understand.
