About Amara Leah
I am currently studying for my BA in English Literature at Cambridge University. I studied English Language at Literature at GCSE attaining A*s and over 90% in both subjects, and went on to gain the highest overall mark in my year group at A level English literature, gaining two A* grades and an A to gain entry to Cambridge, where my knowledge of the subject has broadened and depend exponentially.

I am happy to tutor at a variety of levels, whether simply assisting younger children at Key Stages 1-2 with literacy and spelling homework and improving reading and comprehension skills, all the way up to AS and A level English literature, including giving tutoring assistance for secondary school age in preparation for GCSE English literature. I would hope to tailor lessons to the specific needs of the individual, and make English as fun and accessible as possible, working at a steady and un-pressured pace through whichever aspect of English homework, coursework or exam preparation the student feels would be most useful for them to work on with me.
