I'm a Sports science and nutritional lab technician as well as associate lecturer in both subjects at Oxford Brookes university. I'malao a practicing sports nutritionist with elite level athletes. I hold a BSc in sports science and MSc in Nutrition. I'm accredited as a registered associate nutritionist by the Association of Nutrition.
