About Frances
In my decades of occupation, I developed and held seminars for many individuals and teams. My goal was to enable the employees of different work areas to reach their personal objectives. My experience in adult education is mainly related to the personal and professional development and professional development of employees, managers and self-employed. Moreover, I accompanied groups in their teambuilding process. In this area, I have even developed educational materials that find use in Germany.

I am 42 years old and have worked for 20 years in Germany in a large enterprise as a consultant and coach. A few years ago I decided to go to Africa and Latin America, to teach children in slums. Today I live in Buenos Aires and work, among others, as an author and a German teacher. Because of this, I offer my classes online on Skype. I adapt my teaching accordingly to the needs of the student so that it will be instructive and exciting for children and adults. Of course, it should also be fun. I am only satisfied if my students are too.
