About Dodie
I am a journalist and writer with a background in agriculture who has homeschooled our children for 20 years. During my time as a working journalist I have also had work experience students pass through the newsroom and love sharing my enjoyment of the written words with others.

I try to get students excited about what they are creating and learning; by finding a subject the student is interested in, we can explore ways of using language to develop that interest and learn at the same time. I have experience in teaching using a Steiner based curriculum, so creativity is always part of the process.
