I try to make my lessons intresting, I let my srudenta correct themselves and discuss the errors. I don't use a grade system, because I want then to learn for knowledge, not for a grade. I base my vocabulary topics on different fields and we learn new things in other fields as well, as we build up the vocabulary. I try to make my lessons fun and interactive. I often don't give homework, or in case I do, it should be done in max. 20 min.
