About Danbee
I have a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance and Master's degree in collaborative piano. I have been teaching piano privately for over 15 years, depending on what styles of music you want to study I can guide you! I have worked as a staff accompanist at Dalhousie University for the past 4 years and taught piano as well on the side. I've been invited to be one of the adjudicators for the first round of Canadian Music Competition 2019.

I believe that it's really important that first of all, my students enjoy to play and learn music. I am a classically trained musician but I also love to play jazz, pop songs and other genres! Depending on what styles of music you want to learn I can assist and guide you. If you would like to work towards becoming a virtuoso pianist we can work towards taking RCM examinations and progress your way up from there. I am an easy-going and bright person but I also like to challenge my students to reach their highest ability, if they wish so.
