About Paula
I am Argentina living in Barcelona. As a teacher in integrated techniques for flexibility and elongation aimed at Postural Correction and Hatha Yoga instructor, I propose a space for the integration of both techniques complemented with dance, to relax the body and release emotions, achieving a feeling of well-being, relaxation and good Energy!

Private classes or group at home, for all ages and all levels, no prior knowledge is required. In an hour / hour and a half we prepare the body, heating the joints and musculature to dance some songs and have fun (optional). We lengthen the muscles with yoga asanas and stretching exercises to finish the class with a relaxation and thus return home with the best energy!
