About Shiny's
I am a TEFL and Soft Skills Trainer with over six years of experience teaching and training learners across diverse age groups and backgrounds. Through my own academy, I have trained 300+ students in spoken English, communication, and workplace readiness.
I have also served as a Guest Faculty for Online Spoken English at Al-Ameen Mission Academy for over four years, where I have taught 1,000+ students from across India.
In addition, I have worked with the NGO A Little Contribution, conducting skill-based internship programs for college students from institutions such as Jaipuria College, Charu Chandra College, and Heramba Chandra College. I have also conducted training programs for Milaan Foundation and Educate Girls, supporting young learners in building communication, confidence, and employability skills.
My teaching approach is practical, personalized, and outcome-focused, helping learners use English confidently in real-life and professional situations.
