As a former athlete, I have a diverse background in various sports such as cricket, soccer, rugby, basketball, swimming, and athletics. I played cricket at a high level, and I have represented my team in various competitions. Over time, I developed a love for weightlifting and MMA, and I now spend a considerable amount of time training in these disciplines.
