About Flint
My name is Flint, and I've been climbing for about 7 years now. I've learned technique from many people at gyms and from professionals on youtube, but they just give random advice for the given scenario, and I wanted to make all-inclusive climbing lessons. I've had several injuries including micro-tears in my bicep tendons, spraining my finger tendons, and pinching a nerve in my back, and I can show you how to avoid those issues or how to train after an injury.

I love climbing, and I want to help people improve at this sport safely. I've had my fair share of injuries that have caused me to restart my strength training, and I don't want that to happen to you. I've learned many techniques to prevent injury all while improving your strength, stamina, and overall climbing technique.
