For our online classes conducted through Zoom, my pricing is designed to be straightforward and all-inclusive:

Hourly Fee: The primary cost is based on our time together during the online sessions. This fee covers my expertise, personalized guidance, and the planning and delivery of each class.

Teaching Material : I provide post-class recordings of each session, which will be shared with you. These recordings serve as valuable resources, allowing you to revisit and reinforce your learning at your convenience.

There are no additional charges for access to these post-class recordings. They are a complementary part of our online class experience, enhancing your ability to practice and progress effectively.

I am committed to offering a comprehensive and enriching online learning experience, and the inclusion of post-class recordings is one way to support your journey towards wellness.
