About Karina
By formal education I am a Chartered Accountant. But I have always loved Yoga. Recently, I completed a 250 Hour TTC and am now taking beginner-level classes for all age groups. If you're looking for something more from life I can help you as I was probably in the same boat not too long ago.

I take beginner-level classes for all age groups. My classes will leave you feeling energise and calm at the same time. I will work on the physical and non-physical aspects of Yoga with you. True Yoga begins off the mat and my aim is to help you in that journey as much as I help with the physical journey on the mat. Our class will include a mix of styles depending on your requirement and needs.
