About Nasar
I am by profession a entrepreneur whom has had a few successful businesses and understand strategic planning and organisation are key in every field.
Sports has always been a hobby for me to balance my daily life, I’ve played cricket a high level for many years. I’ve also spent many years in the gym and achieved all goals I thrived to reach.
Self confidence was a major issue for me growing up, I had reached all goals I had set out with my personal life as well as bulking up from 11st to 17.5st. Only to realise later in life by questioning myself, was I training to look big to please other people and fit in or was I doing it for myself?
I unfortunately then went to a state of anxiety and depression. My life turned upside down and I was on the brink of bankruptcy and I was at a point in my life thinking I was useless and I was a embarrassment to myself of what I had become.
18 months ago I was introduced to boxing, boxing has changed my life. It teaches you so much about self discipline and humility.
I will pre plan all lessons as well add intuition and speaking from experience you can never get bored of boxing. Practise makes perfect!
