My name is Chet Martin and I want to get more people excited about the piano! In my opinion, everyone should play music whether that is piano, guitar, or musical theater. Piano will get you a base understanding of the required knowledge to move on to other instruments, or stick with piano and just be able to sit down and play. I can get you another step closer to that.

If you are just beginning to play the piano, you're in luck. My name is Chet Martin, and I have been playing piano for over 8 years now. I want to introduce more people to music whether you want to learn your favorite song or just learn how the piano works. A typical first lesson will look like:
1. What do you want to learn? Discuss some goals that you want to achieve.
2. Talk about the notes of the piano and why songs sound good.
3. Go deeper into chords and begin music notation/theory.
4. Wrap up. Answer any questions and plan the next lesson!
