I like to teach to help understand concepts instead of memorizing the formulas. Emphasis on learning rather than doing it quick. Homework can be given to help reinforce material learned from previous session on request. Available for all math classes up to AP Calc BC, Multivariable, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations and any AP Physics (Ask for details for tutoring on UC Berkeley Physics classes).

Perfect! Daniel is a hardworking tutor who goes above and beyond in order to help his students succeed. His knowledge and passion for physics and mathematics is clear in the way he is able to explain not only how to solve difficult problems, but how to understand conceptually why we use certain equations or variables. He also occasionally stays longer than the scheduled tutoring session to help students finish their homework or to make sure that the student completely understands the concepts before he leaves. Afterwards, he consistently sends any notes covered during the tutoring session as well as links to helpful resources or videos. Overall, he is a very professional tutor who is always on time for sessions and great with communication. Highly recommend!
Perfect! Great meeting for my son! Thank you Daniel - he explained concepts clearly and concisely. We definitely recommend him!

Daniel is such a great tutor! He explained the concepts in a way that was very easy to understand. I was having such a hard time doing well, but now it’s such a breeze. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting some extra help for their classes! No brainer!
When I was working on precalculus, Daniel helped me put things into perspective and get excited about math. He made the experience of learning much less intimidating and he communicated complex ideas in plain English. I’ve been tutored before but Daniel’s attitude towards math and science was especially refreshing. You can tell he truly loves this stuff. I’m a physics major now who is doing well and I have to say that in part thanks to Daniel. I highly recommend him.
Daniel is a great tutor; goes into depth about the subject and has saved many hours on difficult pros and makes it more intuitive to understand.
Daniel has helped me immensely with my Physics and Algebra 2 classes. I was struggling with these subjects in school, however, with his tutoring, my level of understanding greatly improved as well as my grades in those classes. I would highly recommend Daniel as a tutor. He easily explained topics I considered difficult and was extremely patient when I was stuck on problems.
