About Anna
Hi, I am Anna. I am a 500-hours certified yoga teacher based in London. I teach Vinyasa and Yin classes for groups and individuals. My own yoga journey became a powerful transformation and helped me to start living life fully and with an open heart. Sharing that knowledge through my teaching is the biggest pleasure I have.

My teaching style involves practising yoga on and off the mat, particularly by introducing mindfulness, kindness and surrender into everyday life. Having the first job in fashion, I've come to realise that finding balance between Yin and Yang is an important part of life, the principle that is a focal point of my teaching. My yoga class consists of working with Yoga Texts and Philosophy, Pranayama, Dynamic Flow and Deep Relaxation. I also teach Slow Flow with elements of Yin

Perfect! Very good teacher and I had a nice yoga lesson with her
Perfect! Excellent starter session. Well planned, very professional and personable too!
Perfect! Anna is teaching group class at our offices for staff who want to do some yoga for exercise/relaxation etc after work. She has been really flexible with a small changing core group of staff who attend and they are really enjoying the classes so far. She also offers amazing value for money when booking packages of 5 or 10. classes

Anna was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I work for a creative agency in Eash London. During the last few months we integrated team building sessions for our team after lockdown and Anna hosted a few yoga sessions with our company with 17 people per session. Everyone collectively enjoyed yoga, especially the ones who have never done any yoga before.
We are currently planning on getting her back in September to do some more teaching. Amazing and informative teacher, very supportive and instructive, confident and fun to do it with. She is very skilled and you can tell she does a lot of studying and has a great energy about her which fills the room.
Looking forward to having her with us again very soon.
I was initially looking to have stretching when started yoga sessions with Anna. I quite quickly understood that it was more than just it. I do yoga once a week for the last year and I see how much I improved in my asana practice and spiritual journey. I’m grateful I met Anna
RostiAnna is an awesome teacher and also very spiritual with positive and right morality. She helped me to understand my body’s needs, maintain its wellbeing and enjoy yoga classes which felt easy and chilled. I would highly recommend also because Anna can share some helpful tips on nutrition.
OlgaGreat had a couple of classes online really helped me a lot especially with stretching and the right posters for it !
