About Abélia

My name is Yajing, and I am currently living in New Zealand. When I was in China, I gave Chinese lessons to students from various countries (such as Australians and Japanese, etc.) in my spare time. When I arrived in New Zealand, I met Kiwis who wanted to learn Chinese. Now, I go to the nursing home every week as a volunteer to play a Chinese instrument, which makes me very happy. I also hope to help people who want to learn the Chinese language and Chinese culture.

About the lesson

Since I've tried to learn English, I know how challenging it can be to learn a new language. I'll do my best to understand your perspective and gladly give you all the time and patience you need. I'm happy to adjust my teaching approach to support better your goals in learning Chinese.
